The company continues to search for solutions to stabilize its financial position while prioritizing the immediate needs of its employees.

Calea Ferată din Moldova (CFM) is undergoing a restructuring process aimed at addressing operational efficiency and financial transparency. However, the primary focus remains on resolving unpaid salaries for its workforce.

A total of 4,997 employees are owed salary arrears amounting to EUR 8 million, accumulated between August and December 2024. Addressing these overdue wages has been identified as the organization's top priority during the reorganization.
