PARI CZ Servis

PARI CZ Servis operates in the Czech Republic as a maintenance provider for both powered and non-powered railway vehicles. It primarily operates within the depot premises in Kutná Hora and offers a wide range of services, starting from short-term basic levels of routine maintenance to comprehensive long-term overhauls, modifications, and modernizations of vehicles, including a broad spectrum of services as an Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM).

We provide:

• Maintenance and repairs of ČKD-manufactured diesel locomotives from level M0 up to MH
• Regular maintenance of Škoda-manufactured electric locomotives at levels E0 and EM
• Overhaul repairs of powered and non-powered rolling stock
• Certified welding work in compliance with CL1 and ČD V95 standards
• Additional locksmith and mechanical services

Our facilities include:

• A heated hall with two service tracks, each 42 meters long
• A service pit and an inspection column-type service channel
• Eight column lifts with a total lifting capacity of 128 tons
• Own traction vehicles for rail transport in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and with access to border stations in Poland
• Own passenger and freight wagons for cargo and passenger transport with international RIC and RIV compatibility
• The capability to arrange rail transport to destinations in Western, Southern, and Central Europe

Meanwhile, the renovation of the old Kutná Hora depot building has begun. The depot had not been used for several years and showed significant signs of vandalism, theft, and unauthorized use. Before remediation could begin, a large number of trees, shrubs, and dumped waste had to be cleared from the premises.

In March 2020, the lease for the premises in the Česká Třebová depot was terminated, and the company has since operated exclusively in Kutná Hora.

In 2021, most of the construction work related to the renovation of the entire depot facility, including the track infrastructure, was completed.

In mid-2022, the company underwent a major audit and obtained the Certificate of Conformity for the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM), including up to function level 5. That same year, the company also received the Supplier Qualification Certificate for the Slovak national freight operator Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia, a.s. (ZSSK Cargo).

In 2023 and 2024, the company obtained the Technical Qualification Certificate as a supplier for Správa železnic, s.o., and successfully retained all certifications for welding railway vehicles according to the standards ČSN EN 15085-2:2021 at level CL1, ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2022 in the scope of railway vehicle repair and renovation and ČD V95/5 compliance certificate.

At the beginning of 2025, the company successfully passed an audit to extend the validity of its Supplier Qualification Certificate for České dráhy, a.s., for modifications of main frames of vehicle classes 740 and 742 as part of modernization programs. This certification, held since 2020, was expanded to include the performance of routine maintenance of other types of rolling stock and the installation and commissioning of the European Train Control System (ETCS) into railway vehicles.
